The experience of building our new home with Stroud Homes has been outstanding. The team has supported us throughout some challenging times in the lead up to the build, actively involved with providing advice and help. The Team provided regular contact and involvement in preparation for each new step of the build, ensuring that we were up to date and in good hands. The build was completed on time and to a high standard. We are confident in knowing that should any problems arise, that follow up and ongoing support will be provided to us. We are very happy and to be now living comfortably in our lovely new home; reassured in knowing that it is a quality home and the home we had planned and dreamed of. We have compiled a short list of issues to be addressed; all seem to be minor issues which can be readily fixed. The final cost was as the quote provided, although we did need to add some expected extras in as the build progressed.
