We had a wonderful, albeit short experience working with Stroud. From the very beginning, their team (especially Tim) impressed us with their friendly demeanour, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer service. Every interaction reflected their attention to detail and their dedication to making the building process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Unfortunately, we had to step back from progressing with our build mid way through our preliminary investigations/drafting due to personal reasons. Stroud handled the situation with incredible empathy and understanding, showing true care for us as people, not just clients. That level of compassion and integrity really stood out. If we ever decide to build in the future, we would reach back out to Stroud in a heartbeat. We can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone seeking a trustworthy and client-focused builder.
