Single story build with Beachwood Homes – I recently had my new home built with, Beachwood Homes and from start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations in many ways.
One of the standout aspects of my experience was the clear and consistent communication. From the initial sales consultation to the design phase, and even throughout the build with the build support coordinator, I was kept informed with regular updates on the progress. It was also reassuring to know that I could easily reach out whenever I had questions and I always received a timely and thorough response. This level of communication made me feel truly involved throughout the journey, rather than just another customer in a long line.
The building process itself was straightforward and I never felt overwhelmed or uncertain about the steps ahead. The team at Beachwood Homes were transparent about timelines and any potential challenges, and I appreciated their proactive approach in handling everything smoothly. Excitingly, my home was handed over ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise and a testament to the efficiency and dedication of the team.
An area I believe that could be improved was the final handover process. A last-minute change in staff led to a breakdown in their internal communication and there were a few minor outstanding items; however, I have no doubt whatsoever that these will be rectified.
Working with Beachwood Homes, I never felt like just another number. The team genuinely took the time to understand my preferences and their personalised service made all the difference. It was clear that they cared about delivering a high-quality product that would make their customer happy.
Overall, I could not be more satisfied with my overall experience with, Beachwood Homes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their new home at a time where there is so much turbulence in this industry.
