Exceptional quality and a beautiful home – We have been living in our newly constructed home for 18 months now and the quality continues to impress us.
After making the decision to do a complete Knockdown Rebuild we saught a company that could handle the project from start to finish and give us the confidence we needed with such a huge life-changing decision.
From the start Lisa and David showed us they had every box ticked. Their professionalism and attention to detail surpassed our expectations and really allowed us to relax throughout the process.
Having an older home on a sloping block meant the project had a wide range of technical needs to met. Lisa and David took care of every challenge while also designing a beautiful family home just for us. This custom design was so well liked that Stroud adopted it into their own designs!
Communication throughout the build was consistent, being sent weekly progress updates with what was happening both on-site and off-site. We were invited to walk through our new home on several occasions throughout construction and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The quality finishes lived up to the quality of their beautiful Display Homes and we really couldn’t be happier. We are so grateful to the entire team at Stroud Homes (Brisbane East) for making this journey an enjoyable one.
