First time building and enjoying the experience – We are in our early stages of the building process...the slab will be laid next week. The process so far has been brilliant - we're very impressed with Rod Druce (our building and design consultant) and Shelley Kierse (our pre-start consultant). We're very happy with the quick and thorough communication that all the WBN consultants have offered us. Both Rod and Shelley have also been very accommodating with meeting times as we're often changing things last minute due to our young children.

We visited several display homes in the lead up to selecting WBN...Rod was very welcoming and approachable. He took on board all of our suggestions positively; everything was received with a "can do" attitude. He took the time to understand how we live and move around a home, to explain the ideas behind the design (e.g. land orientation), to patiently work with us as we incorporated new features and made suggestions that were overlooked on our end. We were very impressed with his level of professionalism.

Shelley has worked with us over almost a full year (yes, we took a while with pre-start). She guided us through the process and has been extremely patient with us throughout the multiple(!!) revisions. She's friendly and approachable - all our queries are responded to very promptly and thoroughly. We appreciate her knowledge of the industry - it has been so instrumental in our choices. Shelley has been very transparent in communicating all the associated costs and timeline with our build. Suffice to say this house would not happen without Shelley!

In terms of WBN products itself we obviously don't have a house up and running yet. But what I will say of the selections available in the showroom is they appear to be quality products and we're very much looking forward to finishing our beautiful home.
