Great Service – We wanted to write this letter to commend the behaviour and actions of a WB team member, Lee Heinke. We felt his energy and support went so far beyond our expectations to the extent we felt compelled to write this review.

From the start of the process, Lee was patient, responsive, dedicated and was the epitome of professionalism. He was always obliging of our schedule when we meet, generous with his time and went out of his way to patiently explain the building process. When we went through the design iterations, he was able to provide alternatives and suggestions for ways to improve or save money and he always replies to emails promptly. I think it is fair to say that without his guiding influence and attention to detail, we would not be proceeding with WB as our builder.

We would like to acknowledge Lee’s contributions and let you know the esteem with which we hold his efforts. We hope this high standard continues throughout our experience with WB.
