I would highly recommend Maria Lyons and the team at Whitestar Finance This is my second refinance with this amazing team. My relationship with Maria has been ongoing for many years. I have to say that our refinance this time was a difficult one, l was frightened in this economic climate that things were not good for us, l was in a situation that required refinancing quickly or having to sell my business and home it was quite nerve wracking. Maria and her colleagues were brilliant they worked extremely hard to find a lender that could deal with my situation. They are highly skilled at financing situations that are not run of the mill like mine. Tax debt, credit cards a reverse mortgage on a deceased estate and the list went on all these things needed consolidation into my existing mortgages including back rates personal loans etc etc…..after weeks of deals with multiple lenders and searching for the best they could offer.. success! My settlement was today and lm ecstatic as every single debt has been paid out and l have surplus funds. No need to sell anything just breath easy no more high interest on loans and tax debt gone as well. They will follow up with me in the coming months to see if everything is going ok and if they can better my deals again by searching for lower interest loans going forward.
