We love our new home by WB! Custom designed narrow lot build – This is the first time we have built a home, and we are so happy it was with WB. They are an outstanding builder, and each person we dealt with was always helpful and provided prompt responses to any queries that we had.

It was important for us to have a builder manage the entire process from beginning to end, especially with full-time work commitments. We were able to enjoy all the excitement of building without any of the stress of coordinating and planning. WB provided us with a roadmap of what we could expect at each stage of the building process, which gave us an idea of the timeframe which we could work around. Even with Covid-19 restrictions, they were able to complete our build on time and as promised.

The process began with us visiting numerous display homes around Perth in search for the right builder. Each time we visited a WB display home, we fell in love. The smart designs, quality workmanship and unique styling really appealed to us. These are all qualities which we now have in our new home. It was also important for us to have a design and pre-start consultant guide us through the initial stages, as neither of us were particularly good at visualising from a drawing or choosing the right colour palettes. We came to them with a collection of ideas and they were able to interpret and incorporate these elements into our unique build.

The highlight of the process was seeing our home come to life during construction. We were particularly impressed with our site supervisor Lee for doing such an amazing job and he was with us during the entire construction phase which gave us a sense of consistency and accountability.

We really appreciate the hard work and effort put in by all at WB. We would not hesitate to use them again and would be more than happy to recommend them to our friends and family :)
