The Right Choice – Our new WBN home is at the final building stage. So far, we are satisfied with the products and services the WBN team has provided to us. Our new house looks stunning and beautiful.

We have visited almost all the display homes in the Perth market before we made a decision to choose to build with WBN. It’s not easy for ordinary people like us to have a high quality and a beautifully designed home in Perth. The building and design consultant Rod Druce, with his patience and professional knowledge, has helped us by tailoring the original WBN home design which we choose, to meet our budget and specific needs. We are still able to have a design similar to the original WBN display home but with different specifications and without compromising the quality, the flexibility is something we really appreciate.

Areas of strength for the WBN team would be that they provided us with a building journey that is smooth and streamlined. The customer experience manager, Emma Veen, left us a very good impression through her professionalism by resolving, and treating what seemed like minor issues seriously, and trying her best to help solve issues promptly.

Now we look forward to moving into our new house, as we believe that having chosen WBN, was the best decision allowing us to live in a home that is not only beautiful, but also having a great building team to assist with the whole process.
