Thank you Stroud Wollongong - We love our new home – From the very first meeting with Stroud before even receiving their pricing proposal we knew we had found our builder. Their knowledge and expertise at every level of their business was second to none. We cannot thank Jen, Jade, Dean, Cam, Travis and John enough for the beautiful home they have created for us. We had our plans drawn externally before finding Stroud however Stroud were able to make amendments to enhance the functionality of our design. We built very close to our existing house so was able to meet and watch the workmanship of all trades. We had a disgruntled neighbour who all trades obviously were very accommodating and polite as the neighbour then reached out to me to tell me how good the tradies had been. This was a huge compliment from someone who did not want our build to go ahead. Stroud continued to keep us informed about costs within the build and we were pleasantly surprised with the minor additional expenses by the end. The only thing we regret doing is not engaging Stroud sooner. For anyone who is looking to build a new home my suggestion would be to engage your builder first so they can assist you with the development application process.
