Construction Build – Our journey started with Tim at Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour, nothing was too much trouble for Tim, he answered the 100 plus questions that we had and took the time to view our land and provide the best options for what would suit the site. A plan was put in place and the journey began! We then had the pleasure of dealing with “The Boss Man” Yarren, who took the challenge on with what was going to be not so much of a straightforward build! Problems showed themselves early on and Yarren went into “problem solving mode” from the get go! Lots of backwards and forwards with house plans, driveway permits and council and the problem was solved! First we had to retain the back of the block, a big job and one that I can say looks amazing! Everything from the start went seamlessly and Yarren then passed us on over to James, who continued with the impeccable service and updates through to the final handover day! A proud moment and in the absence of my husband, who was not able to make it on handover day, I had the pleasure of sharing with James and Yarren! I would not hesitate to refer Yarren and the team to anyone who is considering a new build and wants to have the reassurance of some one who will work with you, get the job done and the satisfaction you will have will be one to remain with you!
