Custom Build in Mosman Park – Webb & Brown-Neaves are a very professional outfit and have built, for my wife Liz and myself, a very nice house exactly as requested. The whole process was fairly painless (it is a given that there will be some!) and moved along at a good pace from design to construction, with no major delays. Kudos to Rod and Damian for interpreting our design concepts into practical planning reality, to Jasmine for the mountains of detail specifications and to Jim for overseeing the actual build. There were a few perhaps non standard items like tricky retaining in the backyard, a lift, sauna, a lot of solar panels and underfloor heating which were all sorted out successfully (although waiting for winter to test the heating properly). I’m happy that I got good value for money and that the final product is of high quality. And, yes I would do it again.
