BRILLIANT & EASY!!! – Simply brilliant!! I tried about six different lenders & two mortgage brokers to try & refinance my home loan & I just couldn't find anyone that was willing to help me out. I have an excellent credit rating & have ALWAYS paid off my loans/credit debts on time. I even paid more into my home loan than the minimum required payments, but my earnings aren't what MOST lenders considered enough to secure a loan with them. They refuse to look at my past history & take into account that I've always managed my loan repayments, even though my income isn't what they consider "acceptable". Pepper were different! they took the time to assess exactly what my financial situation was & my capabilities to service the loan. They even managed to get me some equity out of my home so I could do some renovations as well as giving me a better rate! I can't praise Pepper Money enough & in particular Maria, who helped me get the absolute most out of what I could borrow form them. Just AWESOME!!
