Aussie Broadband, real service, real Aussies – The Aussie Broadband company has yet again gone above and beyond for customer service and efficiency. Forget therest that have you talk to overseas call centres that can't help with tech issues, payments, connections and/or even understand what they are saying, when you can talk to an Aussie that is equipped to deal with all your broadband needs. I called to connect up a nbn service and my call was answered within 3 rings. The consultant that answered had me signed up within 5 minutes and my service was reconnected within 30 minutes. I couldn't fault Aussies customer service or effeciency. I moved to Aussie because I cant understand the tagalog, indo-aryan or hindi languages and if you don't either, you aren't going to have your inquires/requests or faults dealt with successfully.
