Lovely family home – We were very impressed with the local display home and the new sales agent, hence the decision to go with Stroud Homes, Wide Bay. The process of finalising the design was a little stressful as we were living interstate. The build itself went smoothly, and we were very grateful for the weekly contact (phone calls and photos) from site manager Scott especially as we were not living nearby. Our new neighbours also commented on the Stroud trades people keeping the site clean and tidy (helps to have the new neighbours happy). We've now moved in and the few minor tweaks have been fixed. As a wheelchair user, I'm very happy with the functionality and layout of the home, with high quality workmanship. The final cost was above our original quote, but due to the nature of our requests (wider doorways etc), this was understandable. Looking forward to the landscaping now and enjoying our forever home.
