Great service and support – Building our bespoke new home while still living interstate could have been extremely challenging if not for the exceptional support and service we are being given by the team at Webb and Brown Neaves. Communication has been excellent with meetings held online or over the phone and text, including our Pre-start whereby colours and material concepts were sourced on our behalf, in some cases requiring visits to suppliers and options presented with great success. Availability and responsiveness of the team has been great with no request ever being a problem to investigate. From a design perspective we wanted to fit as much home onto our smaller block without compromising the design elements and we’re very happy with what the designers achieved, really taking up the challenge. We’re enjoying the experience and look forward to a well finished home for what we feel has been good value.
