We Absolutely Love Our Kentucky 304 – We have been in our dream home for about a month and we couldn’t be happier, we love living here!
From the beginning, Stroud Homes Wide Bay were everything we could’ve asked for in a builder. They went above and beyond and our many changes were never a problem for them. It was our first time building and we are so happy we chose to build with Stroud Homes. At the time of our build, we were living in a different state which was nerve wrecking as we couldn’t be there to see our dream home being built but Stroud Homes Wide Bay team’s communication was fantastic and they put our minds at ease with their weekly Friday phone calls and photos from our site supervisor. The tradespeople have done an exceptional job. We’ve only had 2 small issues since living here and they have been rectified straight away.
We absolutely love our home and if we ever decided to build again, we would happily choose Stroud Homes! Thank you Aletha, Slade, Christine, Chloe, Jesse & Ryan for making our dream a reality!

I can imagine living interstate during your build presented its own array of challenges, however I’m pleased to know that our amazing Fraser Coast team communicated well throughout the process, and that they were able to put your minds at ease. It sounds as though you’ve had a fantastic experience with Aletha, Slade and their team.
Our Fraser Coast team build beautiful Hamptons homes, and I must say, yours is no exception. The colours and finishes you’ve selected in your kitchen look great, and that darker roof on your Hamptons façade really pops – I can just imagine the feeling when you drove up to your home for the first time!
