Complete transparency – It was a great experience working with Stroud Homes Sunshine Coast for our first build. From start to finish we were met with clear and transparent communication. Any small challenges were met with haste and care. The attention to detail was as if it were their own home. I would highly recommend working with Stroud and we will definitely be using them as our builder for our future build.

I'm pleased to know that our team always had a calm and reassuring attitude throughout the process. Clear communication is important when building a new home, so it is wonderful to hear that our team were transparent on what could be offered and helped you build your dream home.
I spoke to Josh and he told me that you were always very understanding and paid on time. Josh mentioned there were some difficulties at the beginning of the build with some interesting site conditions, but with plenty of communication you collectively changed a couple of items to reduce costs and impacts.
