Amazing Job, Amazing Team – We chose Stroud to build our granny flat as we immediately felt comfortable with them. Working out our design with Chris was fun and he had some great ideas. The quoting was prompt and thorough and very competitive. When we got to plan stage, they were flexible and helped us with changes and choosing colors was easy with their interior designer on hand for advise.
As the build was onto our existing property, it meant that my family and i were involved with the trades on a daily basis and they were all so nice and polite, never leaving mess around when they went home which was important to us. This also meant that we had the opportunity to watch every step of the process which was sometimes a little daunting, but the site supervisor Matt was never far away. If we had any issues they were dealt with immediately. Most importantly though i wasn't made to feel like my questions or opinions were silly (i had a few) and someone in the team was always quick to respond to me, I never had to follow up.
The end product is amazing and we are really impressed with the quality. We are confident that if we ever did have any issues down the road, they would help us sort it out.
We can thoroughly recommend this team. Everything went smoothly and was finished way before the scheduled date. If we were ever to build again we would be back.
