Beachwood Homes saved us from misery. We were with PD before and after PD got liquidated, Beachwood Homes was the only builder we trusted. We still remembered how Matt, the owner, met us in person and empathised with us. We appreciated their genuineness and professionalism. The whole team at Beachwood reassured us that they will deliver a quality house we have always dreamed of and they did! The entire build process was so smooth and thorough, from sales, admin, building supervisor and handover. This is our 4th build and so far amongst the different builders we have engaged, Beachwood has far been the best. The best because they rectify quickly if they miss something, they find alternative ways just to deliver what you want in your house and very organise. We wouldn’t hesitate to build with them again if given the chance. And from our point of view, after all that is happening in the building industry, Beachwood Homes is one of the builders you can definitely TRUST to build your dream home and TRUST is a big thing nowadays.
