Highly recommend! – A late review, but perhaps a different perspective as we have been in our home, built by Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour for 3 years now. We can not only comment on the build process but also the quality and after built customer service provided by the team. The whole process from choosing our plan to the handover was seamless. We were constantly impressed by the quality of all the trades from the excavation work through to the final fitout. We had a few variations to the plan, but these were handled professionally and costed and agreed upon before work was done. 3 years on and after the excitement of moving into a beautiful new home has faded (a little), we can honestly recommend Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour to anyone who is looking for quality and professionalism when building their new home. At the 3 year stage we are as happy today as the day we moved in. The key to confidence when working with this team is that you receive excellent communication from the owners Yarren and Erin and you are in contact with the site supervisor at all stages of the build, which in our books...is gold!
