Tailored to me – Had a choice between pepper and our bank. We had a car loan with pepper before and were happy. The car had turned into a money pit and had to go. So, we brought 2 band new cars and the old car needed to be sold. To achieve this we needed to Refinance the car loan into a personal loan and consolidate other bills into a personal loan to complete our financial restructuring. We Decided to give pepper first crack to see if they met our needs and requirements. They had a better interest rate, less conditions, fewer fees and the repayments for the personal loan was only a few dollars more than our car loan. Customer service was friendly, personalised and top notch, keeping us up to date through the application process. In general friendly, cheaper and better suited loan than our bank (less fees and fuss). 10/10
