Stroud Homes personnel are easy to work with and communicate with. Quality of building materials and workmanship are good. Just have a small issue, there are a lot of hairline cracks on the concrete at the alfresco & carport area. Post construction - minor issues were handled fairly quickly. Final cost is okay, overall happy with the build but slightly disappointed variation in costing needs more clarity.
