Worst purchase of my life – Poor quality fridges. Never ever will buy Westinghouse or Electrolux items. I bought one Westinghouse fridge from Binglee on 12/10/2016.

This morning I was cleaning my fridge and noticed small cracks developing inside the fridge compartment where door closes. Its all over on left hand side of fridge inner body and also on where door seal goes Its not one or two there are multiple cracks which are developing inside my fridge body. This fridge is only 3.5 years old and already have problems. There is no issues in working but cracks which are developing inside white material is not acceptable. I paid so much to get this fridge but poor quality material used by Westinghouse. I called customer care center and Jade advised me that for technician to come and have a look its going to cost me. I asked her why I should be paying as there is nothing wrong with working of fridge its only due to poor materials used. So then she advised me better I send photographs but no outcome yet.

I also purchased extended warranty for this fridge and called them they said it’s a manufacturing issues and Westinghouse needs to sort this as its manufacturing problem.
