Very quick, professional and friendly to deal with plus LOW RATES! – From pre-approval to settlement it was an easy process with Loans.com.au. Messaging and uploading documents was easy via the online portal. Once the contract was signed, finance was approved very quickly and contact with my dealership was easy too. There was one small hiccup where the total purchase price of the car was input as the loan amount, but this was quickly fixed after a message. The rates advertised are great as well, I went through a broker and they couldn't even come near what Loans.com.au had on offer.
