It well and truly 'Feels Like Home' thank you Stroud Homes (Widebay) – People have told us that building a home can be a stressful and heartbreaking experience. So we were a little skeptical and nervous when shopping around for the perfect home for our little family. We stumbled across Stroud Homes (Widebay) with an interest in one of their designs. We met with the lovely Aletha to go over prices and details. We were not surprised when we discovered the design we liked was out of our price range. Feeling like we had wasted our time until Aletha opened her laptop and started showing us two other designs that would suit our budget and expectations. It wasn't until I saw the Bronte 240 that my jaw literally dropped. My first question was 'does that free standing bath come with the house?!' Aletha confirmed. She had my attention. As I continued to watch this video I started to image our family living in that house. I HAD to have this house. We walked out of the Stroud office that night with smiles and hopes awaiting to hear from Aletha the following day with a price. The house was JUST in our price range and we took the leap and got on to signing contracts to start building our new house.

Aletha was very patient when it came to design day, very helpful too. She showed professionalism and taste when helping us go through colours and styles. We were very happy with her service.

Once we started the build process we were amazed with how quickly it was going along.

Scott our Site Supervisor was awesome and kept us updated with our weekly phone calls.

During our build we only had one hiccup which was nobody's fault, we hit rock in the dig of our water treatment system. The team at Stroud did everything they could to make the situation as less stressful as possible. They were very professional and helpful.

We were so excited the day we got our keys (a little earlier than expected too). Everything came together wonderfully and the finished product was done to perfection.

We have been in our house for a little over a month now and I can truly say 'it feels like home'.. we are very happy with our experience with the team of Stroud Homes (Widebay).
