Highly recommend! Obsessed with my new home! – I got my keys today and just wanted to shout out a HUGE thank you to my incredible builder, New Choice Homes. You guys have absolutely smashed my build out of the park and I’m obsessed with my new house! From slab to key handover in just under 9 months, with no major delays, no issues and no price increases. Special thanks to my fantastic site supervisor, Dean, who hasn’t let me down once this entire build. Dean has managed my build and all of the different components and moving parts to an exceptionally high level. It can’t be easy booking in trades and materials for multiple houses at once, but Dean has absolutely nailed it and I am so beyond grateful. Eleanor, my amazing client liaison who has been on the ball with updates and communication. It can’t be an easy job, having to contact so many clients and giving not so good news at times, but Eleanor remained polite yet firm and efficient. I am not really a “fluff around person” and so I appreciate so much that Eleanor was straight with me, and told me exactly how things were going and what was happening, while maintaining a sunny and happy disposition. Damian, my one of a kind sales rep, who has absolutely nailed my plan, and who continues to check in on me, reach out to me, and who reacts to/comments on every single one of my social media updates, 8 months after he handed me over to the construction team - because he genuinely cares! Damo, you’re amazing at what you do, but above all, you’re just an all around genuine human, and in this industry, that is just so refreshing.

My build is of good quality, the finishes are of a high standard, and the workmanship is second to none. The trades that I did meet were all friendly and polite with very minimal delays in work being completed.

The standard inclusions are good, so I actually didn’t have to upgrade much at all, and the things that I did upgrade are amazing.

Prestart was a good experience, the only thing I wish is that there was a more visual version of the options available - which I saw today that they are building a whole new prestart room, which will absolutely heighten the experience!

I highly recommend New Choice Homes and Coniglio First homes to anyone looking to build their new home. New choice have been there every single step of the way, with every question and query I’ve had, and they put up with my 1000000 changes of mind (Sorry guys!!) If I’m ever looking to build again, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
