Great moving experience with OSS! – OSS provide exceptional service to their customers. Misha Hamilton has many years experience in the shipping business so she knows exactly what she is talking about. Moving from Oz to NZ involved taking our entire home as well as our motor home, motor bike and trailer and 2 cars. By no means was this a small move but we felt fully supported through the entire process by Misha and the OSS team. Packing our home was done efficiently and professionally by Matt and Ronnie. Not only are the packers great at their job they are fun to be around and take the stress out of the move with their laid back attitudes and providing reassurance during any stressful moments. The administration was taken care of by Gabby who kept us up to date with all the paperwork side of the move. OSS also helped us with transport to NZ for our much loved cats by using their corporate partner ‘Jetpets’ who provided us with amazing service at a reasonable price (thanks again to Misha).
