Custom Plans coming to life! – I selected the Stroud Homes Toowoomba Team as I needed accurate costs upfront so I could get finance approved. My blocks is slightly difficult and I do need quite a bit of earth works. Pat was great with providing me usually 3 options for anything our of the ordinary usually a low, med and high so I could decide on what was right for me and my family keeping in mind I want a high quality home but for value.
So far so good and I am continually blown away with the communication of the team and have been since Sales stage with Megan and now we are nearing construction with Brendan and Deb.
I thought building a custom home which required substantial earthworks on a slightly difficult town block would be more difficult than this and am really grateful for the support I have received from the owners Megan and Pat.
