We recently built our new 4-bedroom family home in Nikenbah with Stroud Homes and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result.
From the very beginning, the team was fantastic with communication and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Everyone was approachable, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions we had along the way.
We especially want to thank Jesse, the sales consultant, for his patience and support throughout the design stage. We changed our minds quite a few times and had a long list of things we wanted included, but Jesse was incredibly understanding and worked hard to help us create a design that suited our family while still staying within our budget. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his guidance made the whole process so much less stressful.
Another highlight for us was the colour consultation process. The team made choosing colours and finishes so much easier and helped us create a home that feels modern, practical, and perfectly suited to our family.
We absolutely love the finished design and are so happy with how our home turned out. Thank you to the whole Stroud Homes Fraser Coast team for helping bring our vision to life, we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home!
