1.9Charging Foreign Transaction Fee and unable to contact them to rectify it – I purchased online Flight Ticket from Australia 1 week ago, using www.edreams.com.au website , paying with Australian $ but e dreams charged me foreign transaction fee.
I called the Call Center, they advised me to fill a form to claim the Refund. This is now over one week and i have not heard from anyone.
How i should know they have Merchant in Spain?
They are very tricky
Christos, I have already sent 3 emails with the reference number to David. Why are you keep asking the same things again and again. Last one is dated 9th July but no reply or call back from David from e dreams.

All, this was now fixed and the foreign transaction fee was refunded 20th July. Its took some time but E dreams has done it. I would give them extra 1 star. :)
