After purchasing a defective home from another builder that ultimately required demolition, we found ourselves in a stressful situation. Thankfully, from the moment we reached out to Stroud Wollongong, they supported us every step of the way. They helped us navigate the council approvals and made the entire process feel seamless.
From the sales team to the admin staff, owner/managers, and site manager, we always received clear, genuine communication. They kept us informed and eased any concerns we had throughout the build. Once our beautiful home was completed, we were thrilled with the quality and workmanship. Even during the 90-day defect review period, they promptly addressed any minor issues.
