Beachwood Review – Our experience building with Beachwood for our first home was great. We had an awesome Supervisor Brad, that managed our build & kept us in the loop. The quality of the house is done well to standard and any issues we had were fixed prior to handover. We did have some problems with plumbing in the showers on our day of handover but Beachwood were quick to attend to the problem & get it fixed. Our only little problem was not knowing who our gas provider was for a few weeks past handover as there were no documents stored to help us find our provider. However, our build was completed 6 weeks earlier than expected and handover went smoothly.
