Fantastic Experience From Start To Finish – We knew our build wasn't going to be a small job as we were wanting a complete turn key package. A home we could simply move into and start enjoying. Our new home not only had to include retaining walls, driveways and pathways, fencing, turf and garden edging, but it had to include our dream shed too.
After looking at a number of builders / display homes in our area we felt Stroud Homes Toowoomba could, and would, deliver everything we were looking for in our new home.
From our intitial consultation with Megan our new home journey was smooth. Pat, Megan, Deb, our building supervisor Brendan, as well as all the other subbies / contractors were professional and easy to deal with.
Even after signing our contract we made a number of changes and upgrades to our plan. Our requests were dealt with promptly as were any queries we had throughout the entire building process. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys! Communication was great with weekly updates from Brendan, as well as numerous other phone calls, messages and emails from all involved.
Not only did Stroud Homes Toowoomba have to construct a near 400m2 Customized Wildflower with an Attached Granny Flat, but they had to supply us with our 24 metre dream shed, as well as fully landscape our near 3/4 acre block. Pat and the team had no trouble completing it all, and they did so ahead of schedule.
It was so nice to be greeted by Pat, Megan, Deb and Brendan on handover day, along with the big green bow on the front door. What a lovely touch that is, we didn't take the bow off for a week! The icing on the cake though was walking into an immaculately presented house.
We would like to thank Pat and the entire team at Stroud Homes Toowoomba for the wonderful house you have built us. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. Excellent communication as well as excellent workmanship has gone into the creation of our new home. We cannot put into words how happy we are with the end result. We are happy owners of a beautiful, well built home.
We would certainly build with you again, and will recommend you highly to others. Once again, a very big thank you. Stroud and Proud!
