House Build – From planning phase thru to contract signature, Stroud GC team were very open, helpful and professional in assisting us to bring about the right home for us. Post contract and right throughout the build, Stroud team kept us fully informed of progress, and were expert in addressing issues as they arose. Despite the complex economic circumstances and the difficulties within the construction industry, Stroud delivered the house with a minimum of fuss in 7 months..only one month late ( due to weather). Workmanship and build quality were of the highest standards and while there a some things to address post handover, these matters are being sorted proactively and professionally. from a cost/pricing perspective, all remained on budget notwithstanding several variations we chose to initiate but these were very well priced
