My first call to them was my last call – I called Mint and set up my nbn with them 4 years ago and have never called them since. The internet has been working flawlessly since then. I haven't had a single issue in 4 years!! Therefore I know nothing about their support quality and can't comment on that. Once you have set up your connection with them you probably won't ever need their support. Can't recommend them more.
