4 out of 4 parcels lost by Australia Post at least they are consistent – Over 18 months to get their act together and yet here we are still using the excuse 'Covid'. I have four parcels lost or missing, no updated tracking, no parcel and a substantial investment lost to the gremlins that are in charge of the Australian Postal System. Filed a missing on one parcel that has been missing since early September, yes they might investigate it Oct 11th. Totally disgusted in lack of service.
