We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience building our home. From the very beginning, the whole team were amazing to deal with. Building a house is such a big undertaking and we went into it expecting there would probably be plenty of stressful moments along the way, but the communication, personal service and support we received throughout the entire build made such a difference.
During the build process we were kept informed and involved. We never felt like we were just another house being built. There was a real personal touch, and we always felt comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions or talking through anything we were unsure about. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable and genuinely seemed to care about getting things right for us.
We especially have to mention our builder, Matt, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Having someone like Matt overseeing our home made the experience so much easier. He was approachable, patient and always happy to answer our questions (and there were plenty!). His communication was fantastic and we always felt like he was looking out for us and genuinely cared about the finished result. We had complete trust in him throughout the build, which is such a nice feeling to have when you’re building your family home.
One of the things we appreciated most was the communication and consideration. Of course there are always little decisions, changes and challenges when building, but we never felt like anything was a drama. Things were communicated clearly and dealt with, and we always felt like we could have an open and honest conversation with the team.
Now that we’re at the end, we can genuinely say we really enjoyed the building process, which probably isn’t something everyone gets to say! We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful to Matt and the entire team for everything they did to bring it together.
We would happily build with them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Thank you so much to everyone involved — and especially Matt — for making such a huge milestone for our family such a positive and memorable experience.
