was very transparent and accommodating. He listened to what I wanted in my house, he came prepared with a floor plan to show me and took on my feedback of what I wanted to see in my future home. He was very easy to contact and always returned me emails and calls in a timely manner. Liam made sure my house plans were everything I wanted and he delivered on this.

My next step in building was being passed on to Karlene Mallitt who was going to be my point of call for the next phase of my build. Karlene received many many emails from me chasing up on things and changing things and she handled each of these requests as if it was no problem and quickly.

The most exciting part of my build arrived when I was introduced to my site supervisor Joel Thomas which meant that my build was going to start. Joel was fantastic as he kept me updated weekly with the progress of my build through emails. I looked forward to these emails each week as there was always something happening on site. Joel was also super quick to reply to emails and messages, he would organise site visits for me to look at my new home coming to life.

I would recommend Worthington Homes to anyone building a home because of how professional and invested they are to deliver on what they promise.

With Worthington Homes, everything is itemized in the quotation. If you delete or add something, it is clearly shown in the quote. One knows exactly what they will get.

They are not the cheapest but what you get is quality and most importantly a peace of mind during your build. Value for money. In my case, I am glad that I did not go with the cheaper builder because 6 months later he was history.

I had some issues with my build due to miscommunication within, but the important thing was they owned up to their mistakes and rectified the issues straight away.

They were very flexible and accommodating with me during my build.

The process of making selections could have been very overwhelming, if it wasn't for the support of Karlene. She helped schedule consultations for kitchens, flooring, paint etc. Following our consultations, Karlene reviewed everything and made sure we didn't miss anything. Karlene was absolutely proactive, catching potential issues before they arose, planning ways to make the process efficient and pain-free as possible. We struggle with the idea of limitless options and Karlene was fantastic in aiding us in narrowing options when we needed it, and conversely she made sure to add options when we weren't sure we'd nailed the decisions.

Getting to the build was super exciting. Our construction manager, Joel, gave us weekly progress updates. Knowing what has happened and what was to come was reassuring. On multiple occasions, Joel went over and above to make sure we were both aware of what was going on, and able to get ahead of schedule. Joel's efficient planning took advantage of things which may otherwise have slowed the build down.

We were so fortunate that Worthington Homes significantly outperformed the contract delivery timeframe. We can't thank Worthington enough for getting us into our home so quickly.

Liam was very helpful throughout the process. He provided all the necessary guidance and documentation to make sure that our land settlement happened on time. He also accommodated our change requests even in the later stage of selection process. It was very evident that he really cared about the satisfaction of the clients and wanted to ensure that we got everything we wanted in our dream home.

We are extremely grateful to Karlene for ensuring that the selection process went smoothly. She was highly responsive and answered smallest of the queries. He was very transparent about the progress of the build and the small hiccups faced due to labour and supply shortages in Australia. He managed the work at site well to ensure that this had very little impact on the delivery timelines.

Once we went onsite, Joel proved to be a seasoned site manager who knew what he was doing. He kept us in the loop and updated us weekly on the progress. It was Covid time with lockdowns and rains and floods in NSW so we were expecting delays which were out of control of everyone. However, we still knew exactly what's happening, what we are waiting for etc. We made a lot of small changes and asked a lot of silly questions but always met with fairness and honesty, which is highly appreciated. This takes into account building site lockdown because of Covid 19, and the subsequent building supply shortages, as well as unending rain. Liam is a lovely man and it is a pleasure to deal with him. Joel, the site manager inspires positivity and his 'can do' attitude is a bonus when dealing with the upheaval that building a home causes in life. However, all aspects of our project were extremely well-coordinated, researched and delivered by Joel and not only this, he went out of his way to be available whenever necessary for additional work that we needed to organize, with a cheerful and kind attitude.
