Would recommend to everyone!
I purchased land in Wilton Greens and at the time I was having trouble finding a house that would fit on my block of land. I approached the sales team who gave me a few numbers of builders that they would recommend. I had a consultation with each of these and after my meeting with Liam Worthington I knew I had found the right builder for me. Liam was very transparent and accommodating. ... Read more very easy to contact and always returned me emails and calls in a timely manner. Liam made sure my house plans were everything I wanted and he delivered on this. My next step in building was being passed on to Karlene Mallitt who was going to be my point of call for the next phase of my build. Karlene received many many emails from me chasing up on things and changing things and she handled each of these requests as if it was no problem and quickly. The most exciting part of my build arrived when I was introduced to my site supervisor Joel Thomas which meant that my build was going to start. Joel was fantastic as he kept me updated weekly with the progress of my build through emails. I looked forward to these emails each week as there was always something happening on site. Joel was also super quick to reply to emails and messages, he would organise site visits for me to look at my new home coming to life. I would recommend Worthington Homes to anyone building a home because of how professional and invested they are to deliver on what they promise.

Outstanding experience from design to hand over ....
We are at the end of our build, hand over completed and it has been a great ride with the Worthington Homes Team. From the first visit, to planning, design, site and even billing the experience has been outstanding.
The Worthington Homes team explained the process, kept in touch and had weekly update emails, which were always current, not some pre-set template, even though a couple were just admitting work slowed because of the weather, but they still kept us informed.
Yes, there have been issues and all have been handled in a very professional

The build was managed extremely well from start to finish! I had a vision and Darren and Mark hit the nail on the head. Darren reassured me that they would work within my budget in which they did. My facade was a new design for Worthington Homes which was challenging but they absolutely nailed it and exceeded my expectations. Building your home can be very stressful ,especially when its your first home. Worthington Homes have exceeded our expectations every step of the way, making the process as stress free as possible.
Karlene you are so amazing and we are so beyond grateful we got you to help coordinate the building process, helping us go through our selections and answering any and all our questions we had no matter how small or big the question was. She even did a better job in informing us on the contract status and requirements than our actual solicitor did

Liam was so helpful with getting all our important documents that we need for the loan process to make sure we got the right information where needed and he was very accommodating to all our needs regarding the building and any variations we wanted to make even later in to the build and helping us get what we wanted without breaking the bank. Joel is the best site manager you could hope for. Since the building started he made the whole process so much easier to understand and less stressful especially with any unforeseen problems that may occur, if there was anything you just knew it was fixed within minutes of Joel getting involved. He's also very accommodating with his times when we wanted to have a walk through to see how everything is coming along. We got weekly email updates on what happened that week and what was expected the following week. This helped us feel very relaxed and confident that everything was going according to plan. The whole experience building with Worthington Homes was simply amazing and we would 1000% recommend them to anyone who is interested in / planning to / is going to build. We paid for a separate inspector to come and check along the way and even they were impressed, only finding very small nitpick things. He even made a comment saying if only all companies were like this. We're absolutely in love with our house and wouldn't change a thing.
Worthington Homes Really Care
As first home buyers we had little idea of what was involved in building a home. We were nervous and had lots of questions. Azam was great. He could tell we needed reassurance, and had us speak to Liam, Managing Director.

Karlene was absolutely proactive, catching potential issues before they arose, planning ways to make the process efficient and pain-free as possible. We struggle with the idea of limitless options and Karlene was fantastic in aiding us in narrowing options when we needed it, and conversely she made sure to add options when we weren't sure we'd nailed the decisions. Getting to the build was super exciting. Our construction manager, Joel, gave us weekly progress updates. Knowing what has happened and what was to come was reassuring. On multiple occasions, Joel went over and above to make sure we were both aware of what was going on, and able to get ahead of schedule. Joel's efficient planning took advantage of things which may otherwise have slowed the build down. We were so fortunate that Worthington Homes significantly outperformed the contract delivery timeframe. We can't thank Worthington enough for getting us into our home so quickly.
A Satisfying Experience with a Reliable Home Builder
We are very happy with our new home built by Worthington Homes. They delivered on time and on budget, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. Our independent building inspector spoke highly about the quality of the build.
Being a first home builder, we had lot of concerns especially since we started the process during COVID. The team guided us through the process and made sure our experience was stress-free.
Most of the initial communications happened via emails and on calls. This did not affect the quality of service one bit.

He also accommodated our change requests even in the later stage of selection process. It was very evident that he really cared about the satisfaction of the clients and wanted to ensure that we got everything we wanted in our dream home. We are extremely grateful to Karlene for ensuring that the selection process went smoothly. She was highly responsive and answered smallest of the queries. Special thanks to Joel for keeping us informed during every stage of build process. He was very transparent about the progress of the build and the small hiccups faced due to labour and supply shortages in Australia. He managed the work at site well to ensure that this had very little impact on the delivery timelines. We would also like to thank Darren for accurate estimations and support right at the beginning of the build. This ensured that build was completed within budget.

efficiently (thank you Karlene) and providing excellent management and communication in site (Special thanks to our Site Supervisor Joel).
We had very specific ideas and the team made this come to life.

Once the construction of our home began I was sent weekly updates sent by Joel about the construction and progress of our new home. We made a few changes which were accommodated without any hassle. Once our home was fully constructed we engaged a professional third party to inspect our home and they said that our house was built with high quality standards maintained with superior finish. A pleasent experience throughout
We recently got our first house built from Wothington homes. Building a house can be an overwhelming experience. Specially for the first timers like us. It was Covid time with lockdowns and rains and floods in NSW so we were expecting delays which were out of control of everyone. However, we still knew exactly what's happening, what we are waiting for etc. We made a lot of small changes and asked a lot of silly questions but always met with fairness and honesty, which is highly appreciated. Now, we are in out new home and very happy with the build quality and responsiveness of Joel and Grant even after the handover. We highly recommend them.

This takes into account building site lockdown because of Covid 19, and the subsequent building supply shortages, as well as unending rain. Liam is a lovely man and it is a pleasure to deal with him. Joel, the site manager inspires positivity and his 'can do' attitude is a bonus when dealing with the upheaval that building a home causes in life. However, all aspects of our project were extremely well-coordinated, researched and delivered by Joel and not only this, he went out of his way to be available whenever necessary for additional work that we needed to organize, with a cheerful and kind attitude. If there were any issues, Joel immediately attended to the problem and fixed it to our satisfaction. We were also kept up to date regarding progress on a weekly basis and sometimes more often. As a result, we have a beautiful, well-built home that we can't wait to move into. I would say that Joel has made our building experience outstanding, and we feel we've made a friend along the way.
