Webb and Brown-Neaves - Nobody Does it Better – We have just finished building our dream home with Webb and Brown-Neaves and couldn't be happier with the magnificent house they have delivered for our family and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation to anyone thinking of building.

Being the first home we have built and hearing so many horror stories in the media, we were extremely cautious when it came to selecting a builder, but now that we're finished I can unequivocally say we made the right choice in WB Homes.

The Journey started with one of their design team, Rod, who stuck with us through thick and thin meeting every design challenge and change we threw at him and the team at WB Homes. Right off the bat when we initially started shopping around for someone to build our new home the difference was very clear with the Quality of WB Homes and commitment of Rod meet our every need, including the exceptional Laundry, and get it all to suit our sloping block.

The WB Homes team then stuck with us through the pre-start process. I won't lie, at times pre-start was challenging, but in hind-site this was again the WB Homes team ensuring all the bases were covered and every "i" dotted so there'd be no surprises through construction, no regrets come handover, and no costs overruns when the bill came. A huge thanks to Emma and Veronica for this.

As we moved into construction the WB difference became even clearer and our decision to entrust the construction of our house to them absolutely ratified. The team of tradesman used by WB is first rate and the quality of the work second to none. Jim, our construction supervisor, was simply amazing. Every minor detail was finished to perfection and to his meticulous standards. Any issues we had through the build process (and there were VERY few) were just fixed without any problems or further discussion. It truly was as if Jim was building a house for himself, not us. He made himself available to us whenever we needed to discuss anything and gave us heaps of great advice throughout the journey. As a result the build process was simple and smooth and the finished product simply fantastic and we couldn't be happier. I've got a number of friends building at the moment and unfortunately none of them are able to say the same about their builders.

Even now, weeks after construction has finished, Jim is still happy to take our calls and give advice as we finish off some items we decided to do ourselves after handover - a decision I now regret having seen the amazing job Jim has done and how simple he made it look - believe me it isn't.

Jim, you are an absolute credit to the building industry and a real asset to WB Homes.

As I'm sure most people do, we made a few changes (ok, lots) through the build process and once again the WB team shone through accommodating each and every one without issue (or variation fee). Fiona and Tess from the Client Liaison team were just fantastic and kept us up to date with progress and assisted with our every query and request throughout construction.

Lastly a huge thanks to Jeff and Dave from the WB Homes management team who were never too busy to get involved and lend a hand to keep things moving forward when needed. They were really keen to get any feedback we had on our experience and suggestions on how they might make it even better for future customers.

It was humbling to have Jeff and the entire team involved throughout the journey attend the handover and see the magnificent house they had built for us. This is the kind of service you only get from the best.
