Perfect home for our multi-generational family – We chose Stroud to work with after comparing a few local builders but we instantly felt comfortable with Joel and the team and their approach to looking after their clients. We had a specific vision for this home, needing it to be a dual occupancy to suit both us and our parents, we also wanted it to feel spacious and comfortable. The team were incredibly flexible and open to adapting the design to our needs and we are thrilled with the result. We had some challenges during the build, floods, COVID, managing the build from a distance before we moved etc, but through all of it we got regular updates and if we were unable to visit the build in person the team would take us through via video chat instead. They really went above and beyond to make it work. The final pricing was as quoted with no nasty surprises and lots of transparency along the way. We're glad we built with Stroud Port Macquarie and we're loving living in our new dual-occupancy home!
