Great Company and Quality Homes – From our first contact with the Stroud Coffs Harbour team we knew who we wanted to build our home. Instead of the usual sales pitch, they listened to what we wanted and actually understood our vision for our home. We were absent for the majority of the build so communication was the key to the success of the build and Yarren, Jake and the team excel at this, sending photos, videos and having the site manager (Jake) tele-conference every Friday. The whole project progressed smoothly, on time and on budget, with a high quality of workmanship. The Independant Assessor prior to handover is great and provides peace of mind for those of us not up to speed on all the building industry standards and nuiances.
We are very happy with the final product and it was a shame that we couldn't have the whole team could at handover due to covid restrictions.
