Good Building Team! – Stroud Home Brisbane East (Owners: David and Lisa Adams), helped us design and build a new Duplex at Capalaba from late 2020 to mid 2021. We had a large corner lot and we wanted it to look very much like a standard new home, with a unit facing each frontage, as part of a small subdivision containing modern standard homes. David and Lisa are 'hands on owners' and their team were a pleasure to deal with during the whole process and the finished product was great - they followed everything through as they said, there were no hidden surprises and the quality and finish is good. If any minor issues came up, and we built at a time when trades and supplies were sometimes delayed, we resolved all mattes without any difficulties. The build price and quantity delivered was all that was promised at the start and they always aimed to please. It is a pleasure to have an organization that delivers all that they promise without any hidden extras or charges - we would recommend them to anyone and would certainly build with them again!
