3Cs Communication Confidence Comfort with Stroud Homes Port Macquarie – Stroud Homes Port Macquarie were impressive from our first meeting. We had already completed a lot of the build preliminaries for our custom build home. We were downsizing and wanted a low maintenance quality home. The attention to detail and the included extras during the quoting phase instilled a level of confidence and comfort that Stroud Homes Port Macquarie could deliver what they said they would. The site supervisor, Cameron Purcell, kept the construction on-time and everything ran seamlessly to us. We can imagine that a lot of organising needed to happen behind the scenes to make that impression. The quality of the trades people and their workmanship was exceptional, and we are extremely happy with the build of our new home. The communication throughout was consistent and transparent with weekly phone calls, messages and photos. We felt involved in the build from the start to the handover. The variations were minimal and mostly what we added during the build. For anyone who is looking to build a quality home on the Mid North Coast area it is hard to go past Stroud Homes Port Macquarie.
