Wonderful home :) – I was really happy with my experience with Stroud. David and Lisa and the team were all very helpful and easy to work with. It was really easy to contact them with any concerns and they were fabulous in addressing my queries. This is my first house and quiet stressful for me personally so I really appreciated having a team who I felt comfortable communicating with.
I have been in my home for nearly a year now and am loving it. Have not had many problems. Only minor things like a leaky sink or doors bowing when first moved in (this was expected when first getting settled in) but this was all fixed up promptly. The workmanship on the house is great and have had a lot of friends complementing me on how wonderful of a job Stroud has done.

It sounds as though our team has done an amazing job with their communication throughout your build, as well as during the year post-handover. Building a home can be very stressful as you mention, so having a team who takes the time to help ease their customers mind throughout the process is very important to me.
