Professional & skilful – We would like to thank David , Lisa and the Stroud Homes Brusbane East Team for building our 2 investment properties amidst a lot of challenges in the last 12 months . David seemed very knowledgeable and no task related to building seemed too challenging for him . Response to queries were prompt , professional and respectful . Team members had been easy to contact . David had been the main point of contact from the very first day right through to the end . In retrospect , that seemed to have made this construction journey much smoother as opposed to engaging a another company which may have had seperate departments eg - sales , construction , post construction etc and different contact personnel at different stages We felt that they were taking responsibility and trying their best to get issues sorted at the time We also acknowledge their contribution to the society and wish them all the very best

As you have mentioned, challenges can arise over the course of any build, but it’s great to know that our team worked hard to overcome any issues quickly and professionally as they arose.
David mentioned that although you were interstate for the duration of the build, your effective communication throughout the process ensured everything kept moving along as quickly as possible. David also mentioned that you were very understanding of any delays caused due to industry shortages, so we would like to extend our gratitude to you.
