Bullies, poor quality workmanship! – Customer service disgusting, as a women l'm spoken to like a child, if that doesn't work then aggression and lies. Sick to my stomach in dealing with Simonds, have made complaint over the phone in tears and in writing, no response. Congrats Simonds your goal was to break me, you win! Just the thought of your tradesman brings me to tears. I will however not let you get away with the poor quality work you have done in what was meant to be my "dream home"

I don’t know how you are still in business, once again no communication and don’t even ask about the very poor work that has been done since this review. It would be comical if I hadn’t spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. Let me give an example, repainted internal garage door and then closed the door, it dried stuck closed, same person comes out sands it back and paints and yes closed the door again. 3rd attempt and now door will not close unless I slam it. Then we have the tradie who did everything one handed while talking on the phone with the other, talking whilst swearing loudly and excessively whilst in MY house with my daughter. Seriously how are you still in business?
