Very happy with our new home - Homebuyers Centre simplified the process – We had a great experience through every step of the process. Our New Home Consultant, Nick, was thorough and helpful in helping us choose a floor plan that met our needs. Our pre-start appointment ensured that we could see and understand all of the different elements that would be coming together in our new home. It was great having the pre-selected colour boards, which already had matching colours and textures. The construction element of our build was by far the best part of the experience. We were always informed with weekly updates and check-ins. Our home was completed (from site cut to key handover) in under 4 months - we were absolutely thrilled with this timeline. Even post handover we have felt supported with any small issues (such as benchtop blemishes or door sealing issues) dealt with in a really timely and professional manner. We definitely don't feel forgotten or like another number. We definitely feel like we received good value for money and there were very few additional costs that came up in the process.
