Builder built a house with no provision to internet!
I've built 2 houses with Homebuyers and the third is under construction. Nick Elsden from new home sales team and the construction coordinators were amazing, they made the process very easy and was very accommodating. However, post construction, everything went downhill! When issue becomes too difficult, it's never their problem and that would be their default answer!
Our 2nd property was handed over in nov 2022 and up to date (dec 2023) we have no access to the internet. The builder initially said its the ISP not knowing that they are doing,

Excellent communication and customer service!
We’re currently in the process of building a 4 bed townhome in Geelong (Forte 21) - excellent communication and customer service from Nick Elsden from the beginning. Before signing our contract Nick drove us out to the site to see the location of the build and talked us through the various upgrades. Since then we’ve have constant updates from Tyme Swan in the pre-construction team. Looking forward to the slab stage soon!
We built with a volume builder in Melbourne in back in 2020 and it was almost impossible to get hold of any staff through the build process - working the HomeBuyers has been completely different so far…actually enjoyable! Thank you.

Wonderful Experiences
We had a wonderful experience with our House and Land package with HBC. Signed in 2020 right when COVID took over, our home was built June 2022 which was in our contract and they hit every milestone even during COVID!
We can't fault HBC, they made it such a smooth process for us.
We are enjoying our Miki16 2 bedroom townhouse in craigieburn. Over 18 months in our home and no issues! Minor door handles loose etc which the fixed asap but nothing major at all which has been suprising for our first build.
I look to definitely build again in the near future that's for sure!

A PROFESSIONAL BUILD
We found the whole process with Homebuyers Centre very efficient and transparent. Nick Elsden was excellent in assisting us to finalize the right house plan for our piece of land and within our budget. We are now mid construction and communication continues to be outstanding. Everything appears well organised and the trades seem to take pride in their work. We appreciated that all costs were apparent upfront. This is not the first home Homebuyers have built for us and we would be reluctant to go elsewhere as we have always had a pleasant experience.

Perfect alignment to assist my outchase
Nick listened to what I needed. I had been from display home to display home, with people showing me maps and brochures; it wasn’t helpful to me. I needed to see, touch, feel and experience what my home would look like. So Nick took me out in his car, showed me what my house would look like. Took me through the display home so that I could experience it and touch it. Then showed me a virtual tour online. He was fantastic and assisted me in a way that I needed.

Love my new house. Was guided the whole way through the build. Went with all upgrades and was happy with the house in the end. Builders kept site clean at all times and answered all questions asked.

Nick was so helpful
Nick from homebuyers center was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Building on a smaller block I was initially stressed with little options but homebuyers center were able to help out with a great option and made it fit to my block. The process was quick and easy to understand. My whole experience with homebuyers center has been amazing so far with build to be complete in the new year. I can’t wait to see the finished product. Highly recommend

Happy with my building experience
Finished building and moved in July of this year. Overall experience was very good. Started with Nick Elsden (would definitely recommend Nick. He was very helpful) finding the perfect house and land package and has been smooth sailing from then on. A few hiccups along the way but nothing major. Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend Homebuyers

Communication through the whole build was awesome from each stage of the build .
New homes consultant Nick made buying my first home fun and stress free !
Site manager Kane gave weekly updates and photos to keep my in the loop with how the build progressed .

Great team, smooth process
From the initial consult with Nick Elsden, Home Buyers Centre were fantastic! We have built with them twice now and would again. Communication is great the entire way through and you always have contact details for the stage you are up to, to direct any questions towards. Once you have a visible house the site managers are easy to contact and will always find out the answers to your questions. Thank you Homebuyers Centre!

Amazing customer service
Nick, have a strong introduction to the company and set the bar high.
Brad is friendly and sends regular updates on what’s been done and what is left to do.
And Lana regularly ask if we need any information and has helped us with understanding any terms we do not understand.
