A passion for making design aspirations a reality – Starting the building journey we knew what we liked and what we didn’t like, but lacked familiarity with builders. After visiting dozens of display homes we settled on Webb & Brown-Neaves. The WBN aesthetic and quality of construction appealed.

Visiting one of the WBN display homes we met Zac. He was attentive and from a brief discussion, took a good measure of what we were trying to achieve. He promptly followed up our first discussion and the design process commenced.

It would be fair to say we’re detail oriented. Zac took this in his stride. He also brought balance and perspective to design discussions when the detail bogged us down.

Our lot is small and requirements very specific. Where possible Zac ensured the design met our brief. Where it couldn’t he spent a lot of time investigating alternatives and proffering a range of solutions, many quite unique. When we couldn’t see a fix, he was confident and reassuring. When our work got in the way he was accommodating. We lost count of the number of out-of-hours discussions and catch-ups. Really exceptional service.

Ultimately we ended up with a design we love.
